In this webinar, our featured speaker, Iwijn De Vlaminck, will show how the lab at Cornell University has been using the Curio Seeker platform to study the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis and viral encephalitis, the development of the chicken heart, and the cellular and molecular processes associated with ovulation.

In addition, he will share the lab’s current best practices for data generation and analysis and discuss efforts to develop a method for spatial mapping of the total transcriptome at high spatial resolution.
