Dr. Johannes Melms and Dr. Yiping Wang, both postdoctoral fellows at Columbia University, will present on Slide-seqV2, the foundational technology of Curio Seeker. 

Solid tumors are heterogeneous, complex tissue containing many different cell types and cell states. Single-cell and spatial sequencing enables the dissection of tumor heterogeneity and the molecular and cellular correlates of drug response and resistance at an unprecedented resolution. However, clinical implementation of these methods across institutions has been hampered by several practical and analytical barriers, most notably, the need for fresh tissue specimens for many approaches.
